Cody's Final Chapter

On Friday, June 20, after 52 years in business, Cody's Books, in Berkeley, California, closed. Cody's current president, Hiroshi Kagawa, called it "a heartbreaking moment." The bookstore was founded by Fred and Pat Cody in Berkeley in 1956 and was acquired by Andy Ross in 1977.
